Job Description
CNN Robotics Pvt. Ltd. is a Denmark-based multinational company specializing in industrial automation, robotic systems, Special Purpose Machines (SPM), and turnkey automation solutions. We are looking for an experienced Robot Programmer for robotic automation projects, simulation support, commissioning, and customer site execution. The role includes approximately 70% site involvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Robot programming, testing, and debugging for automation cells.
- Offline programming and cycle time optimization where applicable.
- Robot commissioning at shop floor and customer site.
- TCP setup, payload configuration, mastering, and user frame creation.
- Integration of robot with PLC, safety systems, and field devices.
- Support FAT and SAT activities.
- On-site commissioning, trials, and production support.
- Robot backup, restore, and troubleshooting.
- Coordination with controls, mechanical, and electrical teams.
- Customer interaction during installation and ramp-up phase.
Requirements
- 4 - 6 years experience in industrial robotics.
- BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Robotics.
- Hands-on experience in ABB Robots.
- Hands-on experience in KUKA Robots.
- Hands-on experience in FANUC Robots.
- Hands-on experience in YASKAWA / Motoman Robots.
- Understanding of industrial communication such as Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and DeviceNet.
- Basic PLC interfacing knowledge.
- Ability to read electrical and robot layout drawings.
- Open to learn and adapt to new robot brands and technologies.
- Willingness to travel extensively for approximately 70% site work.
