Job Description
CNN Robotics Pvt. Ltd. is a Denmark-based multinational company specializing in industrial automation, robotic systems, Special Purpose Machines (SPM), and turnkey automation solutions. This role is responsible for PLC programming, HMI development, commissioning, and customer site execution. The role includes approximately 70% site involvement including installation, commissioning, trials, and customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- PLC programming, testing, and debugging for automation projects.
- HMI screen development and system integration.
- Machine commissioning at shop floor and customer site.
- Electrical panel I/O checking and troubleshooting.
- Integration of PLC with robots, drives, and field devices.
- Support FAT and SAT activities.
- On-site commissioning, trials, and production support.
- Preparation of technical documentation and backup files.
- Coordination with mechanical, robotics, and design teams.
- Customer handling during site execution.
Requirements
- 4 - 6 years experience in industrial automation.
- BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC S7-1200, S7-1500, and TIA Portal.
- Experience with Mitsubishi PLC, Delta PLC, Siemens HMI, Mitsubishi HMI, and Delta HMI.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Profinet, Modbus, and Ethernet/IP.
- Basic knowledge of servo drives and VFD integration.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for approximately 70% site work.
