We are looking for an experienced Design Manager with 15+ years of experience in robotics and industrial automation.
The role will involve leading the development and implementation of robotic and automation solutions, supporting automation system design and application engineering, and working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver practical automation solutions.
The candidate should have strong technical experience in Special Purpose Machines (SPM), automation systems, robot programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, installation and technical support.
The role also involves customer-site visits and project execution, with willingness to travel up to 70% across Gujarat for customer visits, project execution and service support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robotic and automation solutions.
- Programming, commissioning and testing of automation systems.
- Installation, maintenance and after-sales service support.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer sites.
- Support automation system design and application engineering.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand technical requirements.
- Provide technical support during project execution and implementation.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% across Gujarat for customer visits, project execution and service support.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of Robotics and Industrial Automation.
- Experience with Special Purpose Machines (SPM).
- Experience in automation system design and application engineering.
- Experience in robot programming, commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Strong customer communication and technical support skills.
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in robotics and industrial automation.
